I heard a quote on a podcast the other day that struck me as so worthwhile that I literally had to pull my car over and write it down.
You, me, the richest guy in the world, and the poorest person, we are all equal in this sense – we are only given twenty-four hours to each day. Nobody gets more, nobody gets less. So now it becomes a question of how good of a steward are you with that twenty-four hours? Because anybody who has achieved anything has done it in the same twenty-four hour period as the person who has squandered it.
It’s a powerful thought. It’s so easy to get stuck just slogging through the day that we often don’t look at the big picture.
What will you do with the next twenty-four hours?
